1. Good and healthy sleep

Good and healthy sleep is not only good for health, but it also keeps freshness and glow on the face. Create a habit of sleeping and waking at the right time every day. It is a great way to keep your beauty. Apply Good night cream before sleeping. 

2. Use of Perfect Shampoo and Oil       

The most common problem of young women is the dryness of the hair. Today women work alongside the house and also work outside , due to which they can not take proper care of their hair, due to which their hair becomes dry, lifeless, unfriendly breakage, whitening etc. According to the type of hair, choosing the right shampoo and oil for hair is most important. Hair should be washed at least twice a week and use good conditioner. From time to time, massage with oil should be done.

3.Take care of health

If you are physically healthy then you will look even more beautiful, so the most important is your proper care of health. To make good health, you should also do Yoga or exercise in addition with balanced and nutritious diet and avoiding junk foods as long as possible.

Make a mixture of sea salt, lemon juice and almond oil. Make it round your face with your fingers and cotton wool. This natural scrub will work to remove dead cells from your face. And will give you a shining look It also removes the marks from your face.

8. Gram flour removed tan

Gram flour is the best way to remove sunburn. Mix one spoonful of gram flour into two tablespoons yogurt and mix. Put this mixture on your face and let it dry for a while. After half an hour wash it with cold water. This will save your face from sun burn.

9. Not only salad but also cucumber and tomato

Cucumbers and tomatoes are also very beneficial for your skin. Make a paste of cucumber and mix it with raw milk. Put it on your face and let dry for 15 minutes. After this wash the face with fresh water. This makes your skin soft and glowing, and its color also becomes visible. At the same time tomato keeps wrinkles away from your skin. Apply two tomatoes thoroughly and mash it apply on your face. After 20 minutes wash the face with cold water. Add one day old curd to it for more benefits. Applying this mixture on a daily face will give you great benefits.

10. Use facewash

Always clean the face with mild facewash. If you want you can use milk as facewash.
