1. Sugar and olive oil

In any type of skin type the mixture of sugar and olive oil works quite well as scrub. The fine grains of sugar help to remove dead skin cells and olive oil makes the skin moist.

This scrub can be used to exfoliate in any part of the body. Even it can be used on the skin of lips too.

What you need:-

Mix 5 tbsp  olive oil in half cup finely sugar.Now add 2-3 tbsp  honey and a little lemon juice in this mixture.


Now apply this mixture to your skin and apply it in circular motion for 2-3 minutes. Wash it with light warm water after 10 minutes and apply a moisturizing cream after drying.

Use this sugar scrub one or two times a week.

2. Green Tea

You must know that the consumption of green tea keeps the body healthy. But after making Tea, you can also use the remaining green tea bags as a scrub to remove dead skin cells.
Green tea leaves have a mildness , which helps remove dead cells and dirt from skin. Plus, Green Tea helps in whitening skin, enhances skin elasticity and makes skin healthier.

What you need:-

Take out green tea from the remaining bag  to used green tea  in a bowl. Now add 2 to 3 tbsp honey in it. If you want, then add two tbsp  of soda in it. Now mix this mixture properly and prepare thick paste.


Now apply this paste as a mask on your face and Keep it for 10 minutes. Now clear this scrub slowly with wet fingers.

 Use it once a week.


Coffee helps to remove dead skin cells and to increase the production of new skin cells. Additionally, coffee flavonols are found that improve the skin texture, repair the skin and protect the skin and help keep the skin white.

What you need:-

Mix 2-2 tbsp  extra-virgin olive oil or almond oil, organic honey and finely sugar in 6 tbsp  coffee.


Now massage this paste in circular motion by putting it in your face, neck, knees and elbow.Now Keep it like 5-10 min and clean it with warm water.

Use this scrub once a week.

4. Almond

The use of almonds for skin care is quite beneficial. It contains abundant amounts of antioxidants, vitamin A and e. Also, there are healthy fats which help in keeping the skin healthy and young.

What you need:-

Dip 10 almonds in water and dip it in the night. Place the water in the milk to get good results. Peel these almonds in the morning and then make paste. Now add two tbsp  of honey in this paste.


Apply this paste on your face and neck and some Rub the circular motion for the minutes. Now,  let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with light warm water.

Use this almond and honey scrub for 2 to 3 times a week.

5. Orange Peel

Do not throw the peels after eating oranges. Take these peels in the sun for the first few days, then grind them and make powder. This powder contains abrasive properties that work as a natural exfoliating agent. This will help remove dirt particles and dead skin cells from your skin.

Plus, orange peels contain plenty of antioxidants and vitamin C, which help in making the skin youthful and vibrant.

What you need:-

Mix the powder and plain curd on the orange peel in equal quantity.


Now apply it in the face and neck part of it. Leave it like this for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then gradually with circular motion, Clean the paste while doing it. And then wash with warm hot water.

6. Gram Flour

Gramflour  is a very effective natural product to remove dead cells from skin and to make the skin shiny and blond. It also helps to remove excess oil from the skin and prevents acne, blackheads and black stains.

What you need:- 

Prepare the paste in 4 tbsp of gram flour as per your requirement. Now apply this paste to your skin well.  Or, mix 3-3 tbsp gram flour and plain curd. You can also add one and half turmeric powder. If the paste is too thick, add some curd  in it.


Now apply this paste to your face and neck properly and then wait for it to dry. Then clean it thoroughly and wash it thoroughly.

Do any one of these prescriptions once or twice a week.

Keep in mind:-

Wash your face thoroughly with water earlier than applying a scrub.Since natural oil is removed from the skin after exfoliation, the skin becomes dry, so apply the moisturizer after exfoliation. If the scrub accidentally moves in the eye, then immediately Wash them with water. Do not rub the skin excessively during exfoliating. This can damage the skin and may also cause injury.
